En outre, le plan de protection (chapitre 3) pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019il incombe d\u00e9sormais aux cantons de d\u00e9cider quelles conditions doivent \u00eatre remplies dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement ne peut pas, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/gastrosuisse-cdn.mayoris.com\/go\/xo7haaoz04vm8f25m04z3tvnlawrv1sszx748c0wg5dr\/2090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019art. 4 al. 2 let. b de l\u2019ordonnance COVID-19 Situation particuli\u00e8re<\/a>, respecter la distance minimale entre les groupes de clients, en raison de la nature de l\u2019activit\u00e9, des conditions locales ou pour des raisons op\u00e9rationnelles ou \u00e9conomiques. Oktober 2020 gilt eine <a href=\"http:\/\/gastrosuisse-cdn.mayoris.com\/go\/o7rmu9r2pd8dbkvpsiq6aqk3yga3nxndpye8gk0kg3qy\/2090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neue Version des Schutzkonzeptes<\/a> f\u00fcr das Gastgewerbe unter Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die wichtigste \u00c4nderung: <strong>Grossveranstaltungen<\/strong> mit \u00fcber 1\u2018000 Besucherinnen und Besuchern oder \u00fcber 1\u2018000 mitwirkenden Personen d\u00fcrfen wieder durchgef\u00fchrt werden, sofern eine Bewilligung des Kantons vorliegt. Zudem wird, neu, im Schutzkonzept (Kapitel 3) pr\u00e4zisiert, dass es den Kantonen obliegt zu entscheiden, welche Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllt sein m\u00fcssen, damit die gastgewerblichen Betriebe gem\u00e4ss <a href=\"http:\/\/gastrosuisse-cdn.mayoris.com\/go\/ahjmu9r2pd8nee9monte0id6c4gjpit8ft88ww0g43qz\/2090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Art. 4 Abs. 2 Bst. b der Covid-19-Verordnung besonderer Lage<\/a> aufgrund der Art der Aktivit\u00e4t, wegen \u00f6rtlicher Gegebenheiten oder aus betrieblichen oder wirtschaftlichen Gr\u00fcnden den <strong>Mindestabstand zwischen den G\u00e4stegruppen<\/strong> unterschreiten d\u00fcrfen. Bei Unsicherheiten empfiehlt GastroSuisse, mit den zust\u00e4ndigen kantonalen Beh\u00f6rden Kontakt aufzunehmen.<br><strong>Besonders wichtig!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Nebst obenerw\u00e4hnter Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr Grossveranstaltung und der Pr\u00e4zisierung in Kapitel 3 \u00e4ndert sich an den Schutzmassnahmen f\u00fcr das Gastgewerbe nichts. <\/strong>Diese sind g\u00fcltig bis auf Widerruf oder bis zur Publikation von Neuerungen.<\/li><li>Beachten Sie zudem <strong>die kantonalen Auflagen, die Vorrang haben<\/strong> und in vielen Kantonen \u00fcber das Schutzkonzept f\u00fcr das Gastgewerbe hinausgehen.
