Le plan de protection a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 en cons\u00e9quence. Voici les principales modifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Obligation du port du masque:<\/strong> D\u00e8s que les clients sont assis \u00e0 une table, ils peuvent enlever le masque.<\/li><li>Taille des groupes de clients: Dans les <strong>espaces ext\u00e9rieurs<\/strong>, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 six personnes peuvent s\u2019asseoir \u00e0 une m\u00eame table et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quatre personnes dans les <strong>espaces int\u00e9rieurs<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Maximum 50 personnes peuvent en principe assister \u00e0 une manifestation.<\/li><li>Pour les <strong>manifestations avec du public dans les \u00e9tablissements de restauration<\/strong> (p. ex. visionnement public ou concert), les r\u00e8gles du plan de protection de la branche s\u2019appliquent tout comme une limite maximale de 100 personnes (\u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur) ou 300 personnes (\u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur).<\/li><li>La <strong>limitation des heures d\u2019ouverture<\/strong> (entre 23 heures et 6 heures) est supprim\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e8gles suivantes s\u2019appliquent toujours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Obligation d\u2019\u00eatre assis<\/strong> pendant la consommation<\/li><li><strong>Distance minimale<\/strong> ou parois de s\u00e9paration entre les groupes de clients<\/li><li>Il faut encore collecter les <strong>coordonn\u00e9es de contact<\/strong> de tous les clients.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger la version valide \u00e0 partir du lundi du <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/news-cdn.gastrosuisse.ch\/go\/7bzhaaoz04v9nnv1zx54px2pmkkr0o5yzhds4sw882a6\/1160\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">plan de protection de la branche<\/span><\/strong><\/a> sur le site Internet de GastroSuisse. Il n&rsquo;y a aucun droit si l&rsquo;entreprise de restauration doit fermer par ordre cantonal en raison d&rsquo;un concept de protection inexistant ou insuffisant. Das Schutzkonzept wurde entsprechend angepasst. Die wichtigsten \u00c4nderungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Maskenpflicht:<\/strong> Sobald die G\u00e4ste am Tisch sitzen, d\u00fcrfen sie die Maske ablegen.<\/li><li>Gr\u00f6sse der G\u00e4stegruppen: Im <strong>Aussenbereich<\/strong> d\u00fcrfen sich bis zu sechs Personen, im <strong>Innenbereich<\/strong> bis zu vier Personen als G\u00e4stegruppe an einen Tisch setzen.<\/li><li><strong>Veranstaltungen<\/strong> d\u00fcrfen grunds\u00e4tzlich mit bis zu maximal 50 Personen durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/li><li>Bei <strong>Veranstaltungen vor Publikum in Restaurationsbetrieben<\/strong> (bspw. Public Viewing oder Konzert) gilt neben den Vorgaben des Branchen-Schutzkonzeptes eine Personenobergrenze von 100 Personen (Innenbereich) respektive 300 Personen (Aussenbereich)<\/li><li>Die <strong>Sperrstunde<\/strong> (23.00 Uhr bis 6.00 Uhr) wird aufgehoben.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiterhin gilt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Eine <strong>Sitzpflicht<\/strong> w\u00e4hrend der Konsumation<\/li><li><strong>Mindestabst\u00e4nde<\/strong> oder Trennw\u00e4nde zwischen den G\u00e4stegruppen<\/li><li>Die <strong>Kontaktdaten<\/strong> aller G\u00e4ste m\u00fcssen erhoben werden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ab Montag g\u00fcltige Version des <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/news-cdn.gastrosuisse.ch\/go\/504mu9r2pd81ydesq7yrukh2vde6sg2mwbs0g4soo7i9\/1160\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Branchen-Schutzkonzeptes<\/strong><\/span><\/a> kann auf der GastroSuisse-Website heruntergeladen werden. Mai 2021 k\u00f6nnen gem\u00e4ss Entscheid des Bundesrates Restaurationsbetriebe wieder \u00f6ffnen. Bis und mit 31. Mai 2021 besteht Anspruch auf Corona-Erwerbsersatz infolge Betriebsschliessung. Ab dem 1. Juni 2021 k\u00f6nnen Restaurationsbetriebe den Anspruch auf Corona-Erwerbsersatz infolge massgeblicher Einschr\u00e4nkung der Erwerbst\u00e4tigkeit geltend machen, wenn der Betrieb eine massgebliche Umsatzeinbusse von mindestens 30% im Vergleich zum durchschnittlichen Umsatz in den Jahren 2015 bis 2019 erlitten hat. Dieser Anspruch kann nur geltend gemacht werden, wenn der Betrieb auch ge\u00f6ffnet hat. Kein Anspruch besteht, wenn der Restaurationsbetrieb aufgrund eines nicht vorhandenen oder unzureichenden Schutzkonzepts auf kantonale Anordnung schliessen muss. Wie bis anhin kann der Anspruch f\u00fcr den Monat Juni 2021 erst ab dem 1.
