Toutefois, cela est \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 dans le concept de protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-vivid-red-background-color has-vivid-red-color\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bundesverwaltung hat uns bez\u00fcglich Maskenpflicht f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende folgendes gemeldet:<br><br>Der Arbeitgeber kann in Absprache mit seinen Mitarbeitenden selber entscheiden, ob Mitarbeitende mit Zertifikat von einer Lockerung (bspw. keine Maskenpflicht im Innenbereich) profitieren, oder nicht.<br><br>Das kann individuell erfolgen: auch wenn nicht das ganze Team \u00fcber ein Zertifikat verf\u00fcgt, k\u00f6nnen einzelne Mitarbeitende mit Zertifikat auf die Maskenpflicht verzichten.<br><br> Falls der Arbeitgeber und \/ oder die Mitarbeitenden nicht wollen, dass das Zertifikat zum Einsatz kommt, dann gilt eine Maskenpflicht.<br><br> Wichtig: der Arbeitgeber muss im Anhang des Schutzkonzeptes dokumentieren, wann und wo er diese Lockerungen oder Anpassung der Schutzmassnahmen aufgrund des Zertifikats beschliesst \/ umsetzt.
