La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration avait fix\u00e9 une p\u00e9riode de transition d\u2019un an durant laquelle les entreprises pouvaient mettre en \u0153uvre la d\u00e9claration. Ce d\u00e9lai transitoire a expir\u00e9 au 31 janvier 2025. La nouvelle obligation de d\u00e9claration doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9e depuis le 1er f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e9sormais, l\u2019origine du pain vendu ou servi devra \u00eatre indiqu\u00e9e par \u00e9crit, que le produit soit entier ou coup\u00e9. La loi s\u2019applique donc \u00e9galement aux produits servis en tranches dans un restaurant ou utilis\u00e9s pour la confection de sandwichs. S\u2019agissant des p\u00e2tons, le pays de production doit \u00eatre indiqu\u00e9, et non le pays o\u00f9 ils sont (re)cuits. Les croissants, les roul\u00e9s \u00e0 la cannelle et les produits de boulangerie similaires sont \u00e9galement soumis \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de d\u00e9claration. Les produits dont la dur\u00e9e de conservation est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30 jours ne sont pas concern\u00e9s. L\u2019indication correspondante peut figurer sur un panneau ou une affiche clairement visible.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Bund beschloss eine einj\u00e4hrige \u00dcbergangszeit, in welcher die Betriebe die Deklaration umsetzen konnten. Diese \u00dcbergangsfrist endete am 31. Januar 2025. Seit dem 1. Februar muss die neue Deklarationspflicht eingehalten werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Herkunft des verkauften oder servierten Brotes muss schriftlich angegeben werden, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es in ganzer Form oder in St\u00fccken angeboten wird. Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr Produkte, die in einem Restaurant in Scheiben serviert oder zur Herstellung von Sandwiches verwendet werden. Bei Teiglingen gilt das Land der Herstellung, nicht das Land, wo sie (auf)gebacken werden. Croissants, Zimtschnecken und \u00e4hnliche Produkte fallen ebenfalls unter die Deklarationspflicht. Dauerbackwaren, die \u00fcber 30 Tage haltbar sind, sind ausgenommen. Die entsprechende Angabe kann durch ein deutlich sichtbares Schild oder einen Aushang erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
