minimum : les milieux \u00e9conomiques appellent \u00e0 voter NON le 29 novembre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019approche de la votation du 29 novembre 2026, des repr\u00e9sentants politiques, \u00e9conomiques et patronaux mettent en garde contre les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un salaire minimum l\u00e9gal de 22 francs de l\u2019heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette mesure pourrait fragiliser l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des personnes peu qualifi\u00e9es, r\u00e9duire l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de l\u2019apprentissage et limiter les perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution salariale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les opposants d\u00e9fendent <strong>le partenariat social et les conventions collectives de travail (CCT)<\/strong>, qui permettent de fixer des conditions adapt\u00e9es aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de chaque branche, tout en valorisant la formation, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et les responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GastroValais rappelle son attachement \u00e0 la Convention collective nationale de travail (CCNT)<\/strong>, qui offre un cadre n\u00e9goci\u00e9 pour les salaires, la formation et les conditions de travail dans l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie-restauration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 appelle ainsi la population valaisanne \u00e0 <strong>voter NON le 29 novembre 2026<\/strong>, afin de pr\u00e9server un
